Hi, I'm Richard Olsen, Assistant Director of ideasLAB (ideaslab.vic.gov.au) ideasLAB is exploring the boundaries of what technology makes possible in the classroom. Before I joined ideasLAB, I was ICT Coordinator at Concord School and Mill Park Heights Primary School.
I have a number of roles in the Netbook Trial PLP program. I'll be the fellow for the ideasLAB group, I will also co-ordinate the program evaluation and research around the Netbook Trial Powerful Learning Practice project.
Outside of work by hobbies are rock climbing, playing the guitar (very badly) and programming.
